After growing up all over the US, my theatrical adventures have brought me to Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, and my favorite place, Bali. After an NYC era full of Off-Off Broadway shows and teaching yoga & dance to kiddos from Brooklyn to the Bronx, I became an official Seattleite appearing in Macklemore's "Next Year" video.
Kindly described as, "hilarious and heartbreaking," I love how finding empathy for characters is an opportunity to crack open our hearts and minds.
An eternal student, I spent this last year teacher training with Miller Voice Method and their empowering, transformative technique.
Currently undergoing certification as an Artistic Mental Health Coordinator, I'm excited to help build healthy creative spaces so artists can do their best work!
